Internal pressure
Support where self-criticism, overthinking or the pressure to keep functioning has become difficult to manage.
Individual therapy
Steady, confidential support to pause, reflect and begin to understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
Internal pressure can build quietly, even when life appears to be functioning well on the outside.
What therapy can support
Therapy can help you understand what sits beneath these difficulties and how they continue to affect day-to-day life.
Many of the people I work with are outwardly capable and composed, often managing significant responsibility in their professional and personal lives.
Internally, however, they may experience persistent self-criticism, overthinking or a quiet but enduring sense of low self-worth.
What therapy can help with
Support where self-criticism, overthinking or the pressure to keep functioning has become difficult to manage.
Support to understand tiredness, disconnection or the feeling that something is no longer sustainable.
Explore patterns around boundaries, responsibility and the difficulty of prioritising your own needs.
Understand the pressure to maintain control, perform well or meet expectations at the cost of your wellbeing.
Begin to relate to yourself in a way that feels more steady, self-trusting and sustainable.
Support where something internally no longer feels workable, even if outwardly life appears to be functioning.
How therapy works
Therapy can help you pause and begin to understand what may be happening beneath the surface.
Together, we explore how patterns may have developed and how they are affecting everyday life.
The process supports greater clarity, steadier boundaries and more manageable ways of moving forward.
